Services
Project scope, pricing and timelines are confirmed in writing (proposal or agreement) before work begins. Pricing shown on this site (e.g. $1,500 / $6,000 / $4,000 packages) are starting points, confirmed per project on your Qualify call.
Payment
Deposit and balance terms are set per project agreement.
Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds; additional rounds may be scoped and billed separately.
Ownership
Final delivered files transfer to the client upon full payment; KREDO retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of liability
KREDO's liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the project in question.
